let's make the best of the last few days of 2012 (:
happy last sunday of the year, everyone! <3 "When you learn to forgive, something inside breaks, and you find the compassion of God enter you."
Christmas has often been a time of love &thanksgiving, and this year was definitely no exception. i convinced my parents to have wine shots over dinner with me, managed to countdown with them &'jump' on my dad, who ended up surprising me instead, followed by more drinks &ice skipping with boonyi &my new 'boon' friend. i got woken up early by dad who burst into my room a few hours later, shouting "merry christmas!" into my ear, followed by a small but heartwarming gift exchange/ceremony with the entire family present. they then brought me to jcube for the first time in my life (don't judge me!), even though dad really doesn't enjoy walking around.
at night, the usual bunch of us got invited to zhen's place, and even though yixian &i ended up going on a wild goose chase from greenwood to binjai park to pick up our enormous family sized pizza, we received a lot of love and a 'sorry' message spelt out using peanuts &caramel corn (HAHA).
sure, 2012 was not an easy road to walk.
but with family &friends like these, how can anyone really complain?

it's amazing how another year has passed so quickly. cheers to a wonderful christmas spent with our loved ones, and to many more to come! (: this is ridiculous.
this is NOT what you do to people &their families on Christmas Eve.
stop emotionally blackmailing her by calling her &crying to her &all those nonsensical crap. you of all people should know who was the one who initiated everything, so you jolly well go talk to the source instead of crying &asking her to work hard and fight for things. go talk to the one who started everything.
and when you finally find out the REAL reason why everything is happening,
LEAVE. HER. ALONE.

didi &chryz are finally home (ALL THE FOUR COUSINS ARE FINALLY IN THE SAME COUNTRY!!!), i finally met up with (my long lost friend) MarcusBay, finally met up with the girls at work, finally had the time to meet the dearly missed MichelleTan, and finally met up with the very, very, longlost TanBoonyi. thank God for a good break to catch up with the old friends (:

japanese ramen, followed by a lovely cup of coffee at d' Good Cafe.
unfortunately, the rain was CRAZY, and so was the airconditioning in the cafe, so the poor cat ended up catching the flu immediately the next day :( sorry cat! :(

so this lovely girl brought me to antoinette to celebrate my (early) birthday! PLUS. my birthday dessert had edible 'candles' (aka meringue sticks) on em, and not to mention that i'm pretty much a sucker for meringue sticks, so i was completely sold on the dessert :P
i like busy. busy is good.
it keeps me from wanting to reveal everything that i know.
